Does anyone know it there is a way to use Oracle Application Server to generate Crystal Reports reports?

As long as you can call Crystal reports from an Apache application server - you should be able to call them from OAS. OAS uses Apache. Check the Crystal Reports docs to see you to configure then to run on Apache...

Do you need somekind of Crystal reports engine/service to process the reports?
