Hi,
i am using Oracle 10g AS 10.1.2.0.2 on HP with Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 2)
while i am trying following in OEM i am getting an Exception
http://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:7778/reports/rwservlet/showjobs?
REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server rep_<servername>_AS failed to start.oracle.reports.RWException: IDL:oracle/reports/RWException:1.0
I have checked the following and found ok
reports_tmp=/tmp
(/tmp exists and has read,execute and write access to all)
LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set correctly
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/jdk/jre/lib/alpha:$ORACLE_HOME/lib:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}; export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/jdk/jre/lib/sparc:$ORACLE_HOME/lib32:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}; export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Moreover OC4J_BI_Forms Service is restarted many times automatically.
Can anybody suggest on this?

Hello Friends,
Please reply my 2 qestions please:
1. U r running iAS AS 10.1.2.0.2 on HP. Ok
2. r u opening the URL http://<ias>:7778/reports/rwservlet/showjobs? on same Server r from client?
3. While opening the page on either client r Server, Who is logged on on iAS Server???
Please answer my queries and try the solution....
Login with oracle installation user on Server and lock the screen of Server and leave the oracle user as login on the server then run the URL from client r on Server. Tell me then what comes?
