Software providers list such things in documents called Release Notes.
Search for those on the oracle website.

It seems that you'll have to type/click faster if you intend to visit Oracle web site and read Release Notes till tomorrow.

Choose any database you need and search for the document which covers area you are interested in.

I know some new feature enhancement in oracle 10g

1) New web based OEM in 10G
2) ASM
3) Flash back feature
4) SYSAUX tablespace
5) GRID management
6) automatic workload Repository for auto tuning etc...

Correct ? if you know any thing else pls inform me.

I had a look at that google link. I am glad that we DON'T have a ban on 'RTFM' on our site but perhaps we should be a little less 'heavy' when we tell an OP that they really should try a bit harder before asking for assistance on such a basic question.

David commented on the fact that I told you (not in a very neat way) again to read the manual to find the answer.

Just to help you along, the manual Frank is suggesting you read can be found here. There are further enhancements from 10.1 to 10.2, which can be found here.

If you had searched, you might have found this link.

In future, search this site to see if your question has already been asked before. If not, try Google - it might be answered elsewhere. Failing that, there's always the doco.

As a start, why don't you bookmark all of these links.
