Hi everybody,

i am a software developer and developing a application Using Oracle and Vb6.0
now i want to start a oracle instance using vb.
but if instance is not start then start it and if already running then ignore this process.
i request to u for help me

You need to do some OS scripting within VB.
It would be definately an overkill and probably a bad idea too.
