Can Oracle Text implement a "starts with" search?

ie.

search term heart would return all rows from the indexed table which start with heart - and not items that have "heart" somewhere in the text?

Trying to see if it could implement both a "starts with" and "contains" search - know it can do contains i.e. search anywhere in string for search term but couldnt find anywhere info if it can do string starts with i.e. search term only at the start of the string.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks to those who read the post.

Going to implement the "starts with" search using simple LIKE % search and "contains" search using Oracle Text
