All the packages end with:

ORA-02068: following severe error from DWH_DB
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
ORA-06512: at line 1

Notiz: we are using db-links, dynamic SQL in the packages.

More information is required.
This
>>ORA-02068: following severe error from DWH_DB
Usually means a dblink is been used to talk to a remote oracle database or an external non-oracle database using a gateway.
And this
>>ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
says most probably the error has to do with a disconnection in the sql*net layer.
If there are two databases involved, check the availablity of other . Also check some dependencies are compatible (after the upgrade) or just left in an invalid state.

I try to give more information:

this is a data ware house (schema A), from which the data readed from two other production schemas B and C.

there are links between the three schemas A. B and C.

All the schemas (users) are in the same instance and the same server. The clients and database server have the same version 9.2.0.8

Check what i have already asked for
and
look into your aler_<sid>.log for a trace file.
Post the relevant contents of logfile and tracefile.

we have checked the alert.log. There is nothing => nothing changes.
we drop all the links and create new => the same

The packages write all sql-statements, what they do in a table. We can performance the sql-statements without problems.

I think: while the packages run, the connection get fail, so that the packages can't reach exceptions out

All packages - which run less then 13s - have no problems.

Raise a TAR.
There seems to be several related bugs.

> we get at last a core dump.
Post the complete entry (the error message with an exception number) from alertlog.
Is this procedure using any function based indexes?

only one procedure create a funtion based index. But this procedure is never called last time, so we don't have funtion based index in the database
