I have upgraded my database 8.0.5 to 9i and developer is 6i forms&reports.

(reinstalled windows 2003 and reinstalled both Oracle products. import DATA from DMP file.)

when I was using database 8 it was running fine but in 9i I am receiving said error.

REP-1818: Unable to read data in image format

and when I write "select * from table order by srno" it is also showing the entire data.

I worked on this issue:-

I did empty my table and re-enter data by software and compile the forms & reprots now it is working.
