Hi

Actually the file is in UNIX server and it contains a huge lot of data round about 46000 and i need to comapre those values with tha data present in Database.

need to comapre those values with tha data present in Database.

Compare with tables or datafiles.

You'll probably want to consider setting up an external table and use it for the comparison.
