Read the installation instructions available from the download-site. (documentation->Installation)
Then there's the doc directory in the download. Since you got the zip downloaded, I assume you have some access to a webbrowser...
Besides, did you take a look at the filenames in the apex directory? Pretty obvious...

If you can't figure out how to install this, hard times await you, I'm afraid..
