Is there any document available which describes the details about migrating from Apps server 9i to 10gr2 ?

First of all u should mention release of 9i. If u r using 9i rel 1 then lot of packages has been obsoleted by Oracle like RUN_PRODUCT and u would have to recompile all the forms and reports and so on. If u want to migrated from 9i Rel 2 to 10g rel 2 then nothing, but the URL would be changed like

http://appsrv.home.org:7778/forms90/f90servlet?config=abc (9i and 10g 9.0.4.)

http://appsrv.home.org:7778/forms/frmservlet?config=abc (10g rel 2)
