ER/Studio has bee around for a while. It supports a large number of databases and pretty complete as far as features (reverse and forward engineering, model compare etc). But, as most products of its kind it is too generic; it doesn't support Oracle in all its details and the more advanced features (OR features, for instance). Views supports is also very weak (most of the modeling products do no views management). Also, key migration is not really automatic and pretty buggy. But overall is one of the top 3-4 modeling products. For a different modeling product that offers full Oracle support check the free version of ModelRight For Oracle at www.modelright.com.
