hi dushyant and all,
Give me some time, please let me check that with Oracle Corp or SQL Star International. I also saw the page previously and let me confirm that.
Last year, I myself planned to takeup the ocp exams (for financials), but I didnt find any information relating to this in Oracle website. And I also talked with my seniors about this. Then they informed me that OCP exams for financials were available for 11 and they were not available for 11i.
So, based on my knowledge I gave the reply. And please also note that I have an intention to help someone but not to mislead anyone.
And I accept that you have moooooooooooooooooooooooore knowledge than me.
Once again thanx for your info.

Hi All,
Till 30th September : There was Beta Version of Online Certification examinations. There were papers for OCP
[1] E-Businees Suite Essentials
[2] Gl
[3] AP/AR
These Beta versions are conducted by NIIT,SQL Star ,etc...These are not called oracle certifications because the question papers are not set by Oracle. These are actually used to finalise the draft for final actual oracle certification which is going to come up. Depending on the performance of the people in these exams , they will decide the difficulty level and passing % in final upcoming Oracle Certification.
The good thing is that if you clear this one , then you are considered as OCP professional. In other words, this certification(beta) will have same value as the upcoming oracle OCP Certification.
Recently , i checked online at oracle site that the Oracle version of first paper(essentials) is out and the passing % is fixed as 55(seems easy rite ?)
So as soon as other exams are also out the concept of Beta will disappear.
Also, one more thing the website also says that in order to be OCP certified , you need to attend Instructor Led training for these modules.
Correction/Updation in post would be appreciated.
