What am i missing when i start the OC4J instance it gives me an error: java.connect.exception: connection refused: connect
I know it is something about the connection, but what?
Shouldn't i just click the .bat and it would start?
PS: this error occours when i try an run a report on a web page. but the connection string is correct.
