i want to change at a time 200 users passwords

how can i change at a time

All 200 of them would have the same password? If so, is it a good idea?

If you can identify those users, write a PL/SQL script and alter users using EXECUTE IMMEDIATE.
Another option would be writing a script file with 200 ALTER USER statements and running it from SQL*Plus.

Perhaps there is another way to do it, but I don't know anything about it.
