Can anyone forward me the procedure for installation and configuration of 10g on Windows 2003 server for Forms and reports.

Install first infrastructure then middile tier by selecting Business intelligence Forms and Reports. place ur compiled forms in middle_tier_home/forms and edit the formsweb.cfg placed in forms/server and keep ur reports in reports/printer folder.
