Hello Everyone

I'm having some problem with a report. If anyone can help me out..

I have a field which is Varchar2 datatype, It stores account balances for an employee, and after the last balance it stores a sentence like "End of Statement" in the same field.

I want to display the balance which is above "End of Statement" in the report. How can i achieve this??? In the report im displaying all the balances with the "End of Statement" as its stored in the same field. But i need to display the balance which is above "End of Statement" separately elsewhere as well.

Please some one help me out. I'm designing this report in Developer 10g.

you can try this way see if you have fld_nbr or id number for your table use it.
