Hi

When the user X has SELECT ANY DICTIONARY ,but it cannot connect to Enterprise Manager . I gt this error:

This application requires you have been granted the
SELECT ANY DICTIONARY privilege .

Why?

What version of OEM and what version of the database are you trying to connect to?

The version of OEM is 9i and database 10g.
I can connect this version of OEM by SYSTEM user,but I can't
connect it by the other users (even DBA users).

9i OEM is not supported against 10g. If you want a 9i "like" OEM, you can install the Java console version from the 10g Client CD.

I can't find it in oracle.com for download. Where can I find "Oracle 10G Client software CD" (free download).

Go here and the link for the Enterprise Edition also contains the Client downloads.

Hi,

I previously found this site but the only thing in Client section that I see is :

Oracle Database 10g Release 1 Client

and there isn't any section for downloading.I don't know why.

Go here and once you accept the license agreement, you'll see the listing for Oracle Database 10g Client Release 2 (10.2.0.1.0).
