I'm an Administrator at a University & I have a problem with
Oracle Database Designer.
I had to install it for a teacher.
Under Administrator it works fine, ofcourse I have full access.
But under Restricted user I get this error :
Failed to update the system Registry.
Please try using REGEDIT.
And I understand I have to give Full access to the Key where
the program wants to write.
I tried to found the key, to give FULL access but I can't find it.
...I don't know maybe it is called diferently, not Oracle Databse...or Oracle Disigner.
Maybe somebody knwos to what Key I have to give Full access.
Help.
