When i try to uninstall Oracle 9.2 from a windows 32 bit platform, i could not delete a file oci.dll."It says acess denied.Also says make sute that the disk is write protected or the file is not in use." How can i delete this file?

You need to make sure all the Oracle related services are stopped.

It worked .I have deleted all the services and then restarted my computer.Now i could delete the file.
