Reloads to Pins > 1% for shared Pool

if not then 'Shared Parsed areas are Invalidated'

and suggested solution is to 'Create Indexes'

I read this in Ora9i Perf Tuning Book.

Can someone give me why the suggested solution is to 'Create Indexes'
