Dear All,
I am facinng one major problem "Cursor Time Out Error". Around max 1000 users simultaneously accessing My Application. First our open_cusor value was 400. But day by day we have increased value upto 1800 due to more user connections and cusor time out error.
Still we are facing same problem. We have just one month before implemented our application. And even we took care in application that we have appropriately closed our connection. App is in JAVA/Oracle.
And even I consult the other DBAs, So at database level we set parameter with optimum value. We have analysed our DB parameters.
So we can do now. So, Is there problem in application coding or from database side(did not set parameter value appropriate).

Your search - "Cursor Time Out Error" - did not match any documents.
Please post the actual Oracle error message along with the ORA-???? code.
Since Google return ZERO hits, I assume what you posted was your Application error message; which is only meaningful to your programmers.
