Dear all:
i want to disable traces generated in Udmp folder
C:\oracle\admin\ORCL\udump.

Why do you want this? Trace files include important information which may save you someday :)

Maybe you want to change the folder, do you? If so this is a database parameter and can be changed easily.

If you still insist on disabling you may change the parameter to /dev/null, not recomended as I mentioned above.

do you mean change user_dump_dest to this value??
i need this because these dumps generated very big size and include hexadicemal dumps of memory .

alter session set sql_trace=false;
THis statement should disable user traces.

it is already false
the trace included memory dumps not sql

Since you are using windows change the location to empty as
user_dump_dest=' '

this is an indication of problems, if you can take support from Oracle they will need these trace files.

is your operating system unix, did you try to change the parameter to /dev/null?
