Hi,
1> Create one batch file with following text:

sqlplusw scott/tiger@server @c:\abc.txt

2> In C:\ create file abc.txt with following text :

set serveroutput on
spool c:\abcoutput.txt
select * from emp;
/
spool off
exit

save it.

3> Now run the batch file & check the output file c:\abcoutput.txt

Regards,

Vivek.

If this is to do something with OS level file transfer,
look into ftp/sftp/scp concepts.
