$ORACLE_HOME/bin/sqlplus /nolog << EOF
conn / as sysdba
@/u01/app/oracle/admin/rwp/create/rwp1/data_load.sql
EOF

What does the first two lines do?
Why two EOF is required?

One for opening the in-line script and the last one to close/end it.

What does the first two lines do?
