hi
i use oracle 9i but when connect database it have this error TNSLSNR.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
but i renew install it have this error
help me about this question

use microsoft wnidow xp professional version 2002 service pack 2 v.2096 and use discoverer 10g with oracle 9i. I can't use discoverer desktop because this error

Oracle 9i works correctly on Windows XP Professional ...

Do you have XP Firewall enabled? If so, could you turn it off for a moment, just to check whether it causes problesm with Listener? If it helps, add Listener to the Firewall Exception List.
