Does anyone have a referenceable site talking about general percentage of oracle versions currently in use? I've heard the figure of roughly 25% at 10gR1 or higher, 50% at 9iR2, and 25% at 8iR3 or lower. But these may be a bit old numbers, and I don't have a hard reference. Do these sound right? Anyone got any better numbers?

Best of luck in finding the information, but when you do, please come back and update your thread with the URL.
