Execution plan of a query shows following-

UNION-ALL |

INDEX RANGE SCAN | Y_IX1
INDEX RANGE SCAN | X_IX2

Can you tell me what is the VW_NSO_1 view? Does it effect on performance? How to tune this query? I'm using Oracle10G Rel 2.
