Hello,

We have a terrible trouble in a production environment: "inserts through dblink causes that the shadow processes in the server destination (the one which has got the tables where the records are inserted) increases its memory usage continuasly and in the end the box goes down after running out of memory". Besides the inserts through dblink becomes slower and slower.

We have the Tar number 5492391.992 in metalink but we dont get anything useful.

The platform is HP-UX 11.0 and Oracle 9.2.0.5. We have tried to upgrade to Oracle 9.2.0.7 and the things keep going wrong.

Please, if you have faced this problem before or have any useful information, let us know.

Kind regards.
Manuel.
