Hi...

I have joined a technology having Oracle as the back end. I
don't have any experience in Oracle (apart from just going
through it) although now it is required.
Apart from my self study, I would like to take Oracle
Certification.
Could anyone tell me the difference in OCA and OCP and also
which one could be appropriate for me??

Cheers,
Sreeja

you start with OCA and once you've achieved your certification you can go for OCP. OCA is a requirement for OCP. Check out Oracle's certification pages at http://www.oracle.com/education/certification.
