Hi,

I have a doubt in ps command.
If i issue this command
ps -ef | grep smon
it is showing the command i had executed.
how to avoid that?

oracle@mutation#ps -ef | grep smon | grep -v "grep"
  oracle  1693     1  0 13:06:56 ?        0:05 ora_smon_mutation
