I found some useful information on reports and i am posting it here. Hope it may be useful to u guys.

DESTYPE -- Destination of report output

SCREEN,
PRINTER
PREVIEWER

DESNAME ---> Printer Name

DISABLEFILE -- Disables File Menu Items in previewer

YES | NO

DISABLEPRINT --> Disables Print button from previewer toolbar

YES | NO

DISABLEMAIL ---> Disables Mail button from previewer toolbar

YES | NO

Kindly set all the parameter in the forms as
just like as a
add_parameter(pi_id,'DISABLE_PRINT',TEXT_PARAMETER,'YES');
then user Printing seting will not showing in the previewr
