I am trying to modify an existing Oracle report, which has one main query and 3 seperate sub queries which always return data. The report is giving me the following error when ever the main query doesnt return any data.

REP-271187989: Virtual Memory System error.
REP-0200: Cannot allocate enough memory.

REP-0002: Unable to retrieve a string from the Report Builder message file.
REP-271187989:

I wrote an exception in the Before Report Trigger which is displaying a message and abort running the report, but it still displays the REP-1419:'before report':PL/SQL program aborted.
How can i handle this. Is there any way where i can supress the REP message being displayed.

Please help.
