where is environment parameter will be when we are installing oracle on unix and where that file will be in os

Where ever you create it.

Neither Oracle nor the OS can read your mind to know what you want the values to be.

I strongly suggest you at least RTFM the UNIX Installation found at http://tahiti.oracle.com

could you please let me know which shell you are using as well as which flavour in UNIX? please before posting you mention the versions of your database.
