I want to set query_rewrite_integrity='stale_tolerated' for all my Discoverer reports so I can make use of some materialized views, but do not want to set the parameter at the instance level.

I know a logon trigger can be used to run dbms_application_info.read_module to determine whether I'm a Discoverer session and run an "alter session" inside the trigger, but am hesitant to pursue this angle as we're at a hosted environment and I anticipate roadblocks from the support DBAs.

Is there a way to alter my session in Discoverer, akin to what can be done in Reports 6i?
