I installed Oracle 7.3.4.0.0 on Windows 2003 Server SP1.
I found a problem that the OracleStart service (STRTDB73.EXE) terminated itself repeatly. Embarassed

Could someone help me please?

Oracle 7.3? That's not old. That's ancient. It has been desupported about 6 years ago so it can never been made compatible with a recent windows version . Why don't you use a more recent version? Have you looked at Orace 10g XE yet? Why have you installed such an old database version?

EDIT: Apparently Oracle 7 has been desupported on December 31st 2000.
