For some reason I am getting this message when trying to query through a web application:

You must have cookies enabled in order to sign in to your PeopleSoft application

On that page if I hit refresh twice, I get what I want ???

Any ideas what could be wrong? Before anyone asks, yes Cookies are enabled on the browser.

My web application queries open cases for a company. Having this message on the screen will get unecessary user calls generated to the help desk. HD people will understand when I say that the users will not think of refreshing before reporting the problem. They will call it in.
