Hi,
I have inherited a DB instance and after a brief overview I found db_block_buffers = 0. The db is 9ir2 which I have not used before. Are there other parameter which take over db_block_buffers.

the customer has been complaining of I/O related issues. I will schedule for this to be fixed.
