Dear all ,
we are a group thinking of making applications that helps Charity organizations in our region ,sure we will do it for free helping them doing better performance.
the question is does Oracle Corporation supports the charity Organizations by supporting them with DB Engine as to propagate for it's self .or should this organization buy the Database engine which is impossible to do cause they got alot of work to do with money that goes for buying database.

i've tried to search for an answer but no one could help ,some said that the products at oracle website is free any one can download them and work with But i think that those products are only for training and test ,and we don't want to have version that may get us into trouble then cause it's not original also it supports maybe one user .

i really need some help cause i don't know whom to ask

thank you all

Do you need a large db? Oracle provides a free (size-limited) version: Oracle XE

There is no limit to the number of users; only limitation is in hardware: 1GB RAM; 4GB size; 1 CPU.
It is free to deploy.
If you have doubts, you can always contact your local Oracle sales-representative.
