Before this I can connect successful Oracle .When i do in my work, my pc install with oracle server is shutdown automaticly.When i restart my pc and i try to open SQLPlus , i got this error message.Why it happend?how to solve it?

Make sure the database and listener are setup correctly and running. I *think* you can have the database startup upon reboot.
