Hi

Could anyone please provide me any link/white paper that provides the step by step installation of Oracle 10g R2 ( or R1) on Windows 2003 Server

(NOTE: We are not implementing RAC on our new setup)

Why do you people find it hard to read the installation guide? Are you allergic to it? Never mind, you can find it here:

1. Go to Oracle's technical website (http://otn.oracle.com).
2. Choose "documentation"
3. Choose "database"
4. Choose the version you're interested in
5. Choose the "Installation guide for Windows"
6. Start reading and verify the requirements
7. Don't hesitate to come back and ask specific questions

I don't think it's very useful to repeat what is stated in there Wink

BTW: the installation itself shouldn't be hard, it's the configuration that's the tricky part.

The other method is shown here, in an attachment ( not exactly your case).
Please follow the same steps, you most probably will get information you need.
