i ve developed a vb app that uses excel as a reporter instead of
the report or crystal report and that works fine but when installing the app on the target machine which does not have excel installed on it i ve a big problem runtime error 429
is there any way please help...

this would be a question for an excel forum..there are many good forums..so google for it and post it there..
also afaik, if your app needs excel, then excel better be available wherever you deploy your app right?so deploy excel before you deploy your app..
