ROLE: Oracle HR Technical Consultant
REQUIRED
- Experience in the following modules HRMS, Payroll, OAB (Oracle Advanced Benefits) and underlying workflows
- Experience in Self Service Applications a plus
- Familiarity with OTL module
- Thorough understanding of Oracle HRMS tables and APIs for all HRMS modules
- Excellent skills in writing PL/SQL, SQL queries, Workflow and familiarity with related tools (Toad, SQL+, etc.)
- Experience developing Fast Formulas (Payroll, OAB, OTL)
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of Oracle Application Reports, Interfaces, Customizations and Extensions
- Resolution of Help desk tickets
- Work with functional team to design and document requirements
- Documentation of development effort through standard Oracle documentation like MD50's, MD70's etc..
- Working with offshore team to support 24*7 development effort
