hi,

i have oracle 9i running on solaris sparc u250 machine.
we are running oracle with our billing software that is built in java.
from past 1 month i am having problem that at times the billing software(basically RADIUS) stucks and receives response timeout from database in peak hours of RADIUS requests. i have checked and changed the RADIUS but no avail. now the problem can only be with oracle. i found a usefull script on net for finding out wait events in DB, it gave the following output.
