Trying to setup a dblink from my Linux server running oracle 9i to my unix server running Oracle 7.3 and I get the error when trying to select data thru my dblink in sql.
It works going from my unix(7.3) server to the linux(9i) database.
When I get the error TNS could not resolve service name, is that coming from the remote server or the server sending the request?
I have looked at the tnsnames.ora from both servers trying to figure out where my error.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
