Hello, I want to download Oracle client utilities and configure SQL*Net for my middle tier server which will connect to the database server..

I was looking at the oracle.com technology software index page at : http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/index.html

and I am not sure which one to download for middle tier server.. I am not sure about the link for "oracle client utilities" ... Is Oracle Instant Client same as oracle client utilities?

Please point out what the link says ... I am lost here
