Hi,
I have two different databases(on different machines)

DB01
i have exported from one database with export utility version
8.1.7.0.0
(Datbase Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.1.0-Production)

DB02
Now i want to import it to database having export(import) utility version 9.0.1.1.1
9.(Datbase Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.0.1.1.1-Production)

what i will need to do?
please suggest

use the same 8.1.7.0.0 version of imp to import into 9i database.
Invoke import session from the same machine you started export.
All you need , a tnsservice name to talk to the 9i database.

imp dba/user@9idatabase....
