Hi guys,
i run oracle 9i database on windows xp. Lately, i couldn't start the management server service. When i try to start, i get the error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. I have SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (None) in the sqlnet.ora.
Please help.
