But it seems taht it doesn't work I jsut have this result without error :

XMLFOREST(1"TEST",2"TEST2")

Try "SET LONG 100"

It works fine on my 9.2.0.5 box.

SQL> set long 1
SQL> SELECT XMLFOREST(1 "test", 2 "test2") from dual;

XMLFOREST(1"TEST",2"TEST2")
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<

SQL> set long 100
SQL> SELECT XMLFOREST(1 "test", 2 "test2") from dual;

XMLFOREST(1"TEST",2"TEST2")
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<test>1</test>
<test2>2</test2>

It works now like that :
SELECT XMLFOREST(1 "test", 2 "test2").getClobVal() from dual;

It is due to the SQL PLUS version ...
