I have a very urgent database recover case. I only have test format control file and all database files online backup ( Hot backup mark begin and end backup) No online redo log files, No Archived log files. How to recover database and let it open. please help to find solution. thanks. very very urgent.

You dont have archived log files then i believe complete recovery is impossible. Look for incomplete recovery in the manuals.
--> Restore the backup
--> open the database with resetlogs option.
