Hi,
It's right that:We must have clustered Operating System for using Of RAC Database in oracle(this means that RAC Database only work On Cluster OS or not?)

Yes - You first need a cluster , with shared storage to install RAC. For linux on 9i oracle provides the cluster manager oracm. For 10g it provides it's own cluster ware ( CRS ) for all platforms, so you can use just this CRS or alongside vendor cluster ware such as sun cluster or vcs etc. The shared storage is need for quorum , voting , ocr depending on the version that you are using and also for datafiles so that the nodes in the cluster can access them .. OCFS is a cfs solution from oracle for linux and windows .. similar solutions exist from solaris and veritas etc or you can use SAN , NFS for shared storage ..
